"Has ANYONE ever heard of this situation?
I have had all my tests, paid $200 for the psych test myself, had the final office consult with the doctor & was told I was a good candidate for the surgery. I pre-registered at the hospital & was told his office was "very mixed up" and they had filed no insurance papers for me! That's another long, disappointing delay. I called his office manager, she secretly recorded the conversation. She played it for the doctor. He wrote me saying that since I don't get along with his staff he will not do the surgery. "
