"The day nurse was wonderful...the night nurse was the worst I've ever had. She was rude, and slow and unaccomidating. She did not regularly was her hands and replaced my cathiter that had fallen on the ground without washing it off, this led to a urinary tract infection. She was unattentive and seemed put by any complaints I had, like the difficulty urinating. I hope to never have to have her as a nurse again. "
