7/27/01 Hello friends, I am now down to 190lbs.The weight comes off so slow!!!!But, I do not have loose skin.Bike riding and lots of walking,gardening,and fishing trips are helping with the exercise part.Size 16 is getting loose now.....Till next time:)

I am Carol's husband and am happy to report that the surgery went very well today. She is still in recovery, but is doing very well. She and I have no regrets about her having this done. The hospital is taking extremely good care of her. Blair
