"My first impression of Dr. Reines was that he was a very caring individual who truly loves helping people. He treated me with respect and honesty. His office staff was outstanding, very kind and helpful. He addressed the risks of surgery very matter-of-factly. He told me in a straight-forward way that there are risks, some serious, and voluntarily told me his surgical "record". He never tried to hide anything from me and made me feel at ease. I feel I am in excellent hands. I still don't know, however, how my insurance is handled. I don't know if I am supposed to do anything at this point or if they handle it from here. Granted I should have asked at the consult, but no one offered any info. Aftercare was discussed, but there wasn't a huge emphasis on it at this point. Overall, I felt well cared for and in excellent hands."
