"I met with Dr. Hatchett and I really liked her. She took her time with me and I have never felt more comfortable as I did with her. My first impression with her was "She looked too young to be a surgeon". But you soon learn looks are deceiving and she has the experience under her belt. I have no doubts or hesitations with her.
The staff were great they have been in our shoes before. They had the surgery and know what our concerns are and they cover everything.
I liked the personal touch they give you when you are there.
I would refer anyone to them. They don't pacify you and they do what they say they will do.
They really cover the aftercare and pound it into you it is crucial to take it seariously.
They do have structured aftercare but I will be out of their area. I will go to the meetings in Sacramento when I can.
They covered all possible outcomes of the surgery, they didn't sugar coat anything. They were very honest about what could happen.
I would rate them so far a "perfect" I had no problems so far.
Lieu who works in the office has moved mountains, she really cares and goes out of her way to treat me like I am important. I would rate her a perfect "10".
