Today is 1 year for me. I feel great. I am now down to 225lbs and a size 42. This may not seem like a lot but that means I have lost 137 lbs, 20 inches in my waist and can now walk into ANY store and buy off of the rack. I also have found that I have a rib cage and bones. I have stopped taking 2 more medications. 1 for diabetes and 1 for high cholesterol. My blood sugar level is 3 points above normal and my cholesterol is so low my family doctor told me I need to eat more fat! What to do, what to do. My blood pressure went from 170/100 average to 120/70. To anyone who is undecided about Gastric Bypass surgery I strongly urge you to DO IT A.S.A.P.

I am now 8.5 mo post-op and I weigh 217 lbs. My BMI is right around 30 and I am 29 lbs from goal. I went from a size 61 to a size 42. I put my original belt on, with my wife and it fit both of us together. I am 2 waist sizes from goal and expect to be at goal by valentines day!!!
