"I was looking for something to help me get my protein in. My Doc says I need 70g per day. This gives you 20g per serving. I got the strawberry and it I mix it with 8oz of skim milk. I love it. I am a big milk drinker so the milk helps I think. I think it is a lot like the strawberry quick. Not hard to drink at all. It is a little gritty but not bad at all. "
