Hi all! I am home from the hospital. Got home Saturday night. Feeling pretty good. Even had a great nights sleep last night for the first time in a few days. Slowly trying things on the liquid diet that I like. My favorite right now is broth. My hospital stay was nice. The staff was super and I felt pampered for the most part. It was hard because the hospital was 4 hours from my house so my only visitor was my husband, but he kept going home to see the kids at my insistance. My youngest had his birthday while I was gone and that was hard on my moral. Thanks to all of you for the wonderful support and well wishes. I could feel the prayers. Anyone who would like to share how their first 6 weeks went, I would love to hear them. I have to make a trip in 5 weeks and am wondering if I will be up to it. It is very important that I go and should be pretty low key, it is a seminar so I will be sitting most of the day. Any suggestions about making this trip successful since I will be on the pureed type food would be wonderful Lynne G
