He is very direct, that is what I needed.He just kept it simple. He gave me very little instruction (3 things), so when he talked , I listened. He kept it simple !!!!!!!
When your in a fog and changing your life it needs to be that way.
He is kind,and many times told me to honor my body and listen to what IT says, WOW what a concept. I am 4 days post op and learnning from him to be kind to myself. After all haven't we been beaten up enough? Thanks Doc"
