Oops, bunch of typos in that last post......LOL! I was a bit sore this morning so I took some pain meds.......guess they do mess up your brain! LOL

Hello everyone.......this is Lisa! I am one week post op and feeling wonderful! I think I am already down 10 pouns, but I wont have the official numbers until tomorrow when I see the doctor. I want to thank everyone for all of your kind words and prayers. The only problem that I am having is my blood sugar is going to low. I will have to find out what to do about that romorrow. I'll keep everyone posted!

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).
