"My first impression of Dr. Novak was a good one. He comes out to the waiting area to get you himself. He is very pleasant and informative. He answered all of my questions and was very honest. His staff was very pleasant as well. I have only spent 4 visits with the doctor but in those visits he was also nice to me. I have finished all of my required testing but I have to have the scope test redone due to an infection they found while doing the first one. When they found the infection Dr. Novak himself called me at home and explained it to me. He prescribed the needed antibiotics for 14 days. Hopefully they have worked so I can continue to move forward. I will know after my next scope which is scheduled for June 23rd. He truly is a fine person and I feel very confident with him as my surgeon. Overall I would rate him a 9 out of 10 because noone is perfect but GOD."
