"I have not met him, only his staff. Rick Mark is wonderful. I do wish that they required more services such as a psych eval. That could be my personal bias since I am working on my psychotherapy license and know the value of working on the mind AND body connection. I may be starting a support group in L.A. area following my surgery. My personal opinion regarding the importance of after care is that it is important. As far as I know, this Dr. emphasizes the medical aspects which is very good and important but has not had the opportunity yet to connect his patients to strong psychosocial support prior to or following surgery. I would still recommend Dr. Nazarian for anyone who is able to seek and maintain support on their own."
