Blodgett Campus

"Staff took a long time to respond to calls, thank goodness I had someone there with me. My roommate was loud and obnoxious (obviously not the hospital's fault). Why couldn't they room people who had similar surgeries together? No attention was paid to my diet (or lack thereof). No one offered me anything until about 2 hours before I was going home. My support person had to retrieve the water I needed. BUT the hospital was clean and I felt safe there and feel they were well-prepared for anything that would have happened. "

Donald Scholten

"Dr. Scholten impressed me with his knowledge and to the point approach. His office staff is wonderful..incredibly helpful and friendly. Now I am post-op, and I still feel the same way about Dr. Scholten and his staff. I never felt rushed or that a question I had was silly. They are prompt, helpful, and most of all friendly. I am incredibly grateful to them. Before surgery, all the risks were explained to me in a way I could understand, and all my questions were answered. The aftercare they provide is wonderful..they make sure you have a detailed eating plan. There is also a wonderful support group of Dr. Scholten's patients once a month, in several different areas of the state. Impressive!"
