Hi All, It's me. Just wanted to say thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers. I got home late this afternoon, am tired and sore. I am happy it's over. I will update more later. Whew!!!! I made it through. Thanks again. TO MY DEAR ANGEL JILL, YOUR VISIT DID MORE FOR ME THAN ANYTHING YESTERDAY. Paula~ You go girl! I am so excited for you! Jill has been keeping us updated via email of your progress as well as posting to the MB~ what a wonderful angel you have! The best is yet to come~ being a post~op is INDEED wonderful (and I say this as a three~week old post~op!) Can't wait to hear from you when you're home and able to give us more information!

Ok WLS friends... I went to see Paula in the Hospital today and she was doing great. She had her "swallow" and all went well (Thank you Lord for our great surgeon Dr. Bour". I am sure Paula will be home in the next day or so and she will be so excited to see everyones support on her page. She really looks great and her spirits are high. Her journey has begun and I am so happy for her. Keep the prayers coming for her speedy recovery. Paula you are such an inspiration.... You go girl!!!!

I rec'd an update from Paula's husband and it seems all is going great. I'll be printing Paula's card tomorrow. Paula we are all praying for your recovery and it seems to be working!!! This was the email from Trey Hutchinson: I wanted to let you know that most of Paula's pain has subsided quite abit today ( with the help of the drug "toradol") she no longer needs the morphine pump! Paula also had her catheter removed this morning so she is getting more mobile every day! She was asking about you so I thought it would be a good idea to give you a current update.
