I couldnt be more pleased with Dr. Capps and the care that I received from him and BTC. His bedside manner and follow-up care were exceptional. He truly cares about his patients and stresses the proper aftercare. I would highly recommend Dr. Capps to anyone contemplating WLS.
Pre-Op:
My first impression was that he wasn't the most personable, but was willing to explain the entire process and answer any questions. Overall, I am very comfortable with Dr. Capps and confident in his abilities.
The office staff at BTC is very friendly and helpful; however, there was a long delay between arriving at the office and actually getting to see Dr. Capps -- almost a two hour wait!"
