Hello Dave, I hope things are going well. I know how you feel. I still ache all over. I went to my 3wk check up and have lost 36lbs! I have kicked my 6x shirts to the curb and been doing the happy dance when I put on my 4x tank top!

Hi David glad you made it to the other side I missed you when you came in I went home the 16th the same day as your sugery ,well glad everything is going good try to get that protein in yuck!

Hello Dave just checking up on ya to see how you are doing? I am home and my wife is making me walk 300 miles a day! I walked off and left you phone # at the hosp. The nurse came in and asked if I was ready and I was gone! Well, I am off to start my marathon walk.. Keep in touch
