Tracy, Thank you for the advice. I am afraid to try it! I am psyched up for the surgery and don't want to get discouraged. I applaud you efforts with not smoking and going on an airplane! Since I have been at my heaviest, I have been on a plane only once and have sworn not to ride on one again until I feel comfortable enough to enjoy the trip. I also am a smoker, so any advice you have for that would be helpful also. Best of luck in this journey!

Tracy, Hang in there!! Congrats on being smoke free for over a month. You just have to remember that you are begining a journey of a lifetime, and you need to take care of yourself. And never forget that Im in your corner to help you in anyway you need!! Together we will face this journey and be better "thinner" people. keep up the great work!
