Hello everyone! I just got home from surgery with my new and improved body. Amazing! I still have some pain and a little nausea, but overall am doing really well, and my head hasn't felt this clear for a very long time. Dr. Bruderer was his usual supportive self, his wife was there to help me through the surgery, and my pals from the support group came or called, and it was just like a welcoming embrace. You have already had surgery, I'm sure. I wanted to post since I live in ND and am having surgery in Fargo on Thursday. I hope you are doing well. Take care and I wish you no pain. : ) P.S. You are a 'loser', congrats.

Thank you again, everyone! I just finished my two-day all clear liquid diet in prep for surgery- yesterday was the toughest. I was really cranky, but my husband and I got through it together. My ankles are already less swollen than they've been in quite awhile! I am very nervous and excited for the surgery- whoever made up the comments about going over "to the losing side" deserves a great big round of applause, because that has really been helpful the past week!
