"Dr. Ferrari was great. When I went into his office I had 41 questions that I wanted answered in detail. I knew he was an extremely busy man but this was very important to me. When I told him that I had 41 questions he said "no problem, this is your time". I knew he was the man for me! He answered all the questions in great detail and I was very satisfied with his answers. I did have questions regarding the risks of the surgery and he answered all of these questions in a manner that I could understand. He has a very good aftercare program and emphasizes the importance of it as well. His staff was exceptional and everytime I have had to call them they are always so courteous. I would rate Dr. Ferrari and his staff a 10+. His surgical competence and bedside manner in my opinion are both great."
