"My first impression Of Dr.Alexander was great.He has a wonderful smile and is very charming.He never made us feel rushed.He sat with with my husband and I for over an hour answered all our questions most before we even asked them.He does focus on the positive and lightly on the negitive.However,I think if one would want to talk more on that he would do so.I found his staff to be helpful and very friendly.From the day of my first visit to the day of approval took less than 2 weeks so I think they were on the ball there.The wait in the office for your first visit is a long one.I waitted 2 hours but trust me this will be the best 2 hours you can spend.Meeting all the people in the office that had already had surgery or waitting to have it was a real education.I would not have changed the wait for anything and look forward to it again.I am waitting to have surgery on 4/22/03 then I will write more."
