"My first impression of Dr. Bolar was very positive. He is straight forward, and holds nothing back. His staff are all competent, sincere and devoted, they make you feel totally at ease.
Dr. Bolar lets you know that it is very important to eat what he tells you, and lets you know the consequences that follow if you eat things you shouldn't.
He goes over all the risk you face having weight loss surgery.
On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best, that is definitely where I rate Dr. Bolar.
I spoke with 2 other bariatric surgeons. Neither had the surgeries behind them that Dr. Bolar has. I would much rather have Dr. Bolar's expertise and experience any day. As being pre-op, I have not witnessed Dr. Bolar's bedside manner, but I am sure it is A-Okay.
Met Dr. Bolar again on 6/25/03 my surgery date. Matter of fact he had just completed 1 rny, got finished early and was ready for me. He talked to me a few minutes before surgery and equally every day after surgery. I think he is a #1 super great doctor/surgeon."
