I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all

Courtney, congratulations on the weight that you have lost so far. As you mentioned the foods that you had to give up that isn't so bad the weight loss is worth way more. Good luck to you as you continue on your journey.

(8/7/03) Wow Almost a whole month has gone by and i'm now eating more better than i used to except that i now have to chew 36+ times before i swallow my food but who's grumbling. so far i've lost 63lbs since i had the rmy surgery and now i can fit two fingers in by my stomach when i eat at a restuarant booth. Boy when i learned this i was excited. I said to my mom " Mom i can fit two fingers between me and the table, i'm not hanging over it anymore!" But there was a disadvantige about everything. Because i have A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. I had to take concerta. But the bad part of taking the concerta was that the doseage was too high and i started to pick at my arms. Anywayz enough of me warbling on and on about my medicine. i can now eat normal and regular foods and can eat almost everything that i used to eat except for breads, pasta, crakers, stuffing, rice, corn, shrimp, eggs, peanut butter, juice, soda, hotdogs, corndogs, sausages, Lettuce, tomatoes, and garlic. -Untill next time Courtney Hamilton
