my name is connie and i am dr. johnson's bariatric surgery coordinator. our program
consist of pre surgery medical consult, psych consult, nutrition/patient education and support group meetings. this is a realatively new program for our area, but seems to be working out very well. our practice is at this time arranging for our first "weight loss for life walk" to be held
