"My first impression of Dr. Wongsa was that he was very stern. After talking with him or listening to him for awhile I beleive that he is a very serious man about his job. There is no guessing about where he stands with this wls. His office staff was very cordial and informative when I asked questions. I had heard about Jackie before going and she proved to be as great as I was told. I will update after surgery to tell what I think about aftercare and the actual surgery.
Okay surgery is over and I feel great and am very happy with the aftercare and the actual surgery performed by Dr. Wongsa and his staff of people. Yes there is a structured aftercare program.
I would rate him with a overall 10! While he was stern in the begining he lighted up and made me feel very secure."
"The hospital was fine. The only thing I wish they would look into is the paperwork portion. Too many different people to deal with and not everyone was as knowledgable as they should be."
