3/28/02 down 103lbs
I got cut off in the middle of the last post, but I'll try again. It has been a great year. My weight loss has slowed down significantly, but I am hopeful it will continue. I'm moving much more easily and find that I am more optimistic. I still do water exercises, running and swimming for about a hour 3 to 4 times a week. Winter and frozen hair did slow me down a bit, but someday soon spring will come, I'm sure of it!
