"I say this with regret as I had heard such wonderful things about Dr. Lawrence and her practice, but I was *extremely* dissapointed after my first consultation. Her staff was pleasant enough, but at my meeting with Dr. Lawrence I must say that I felt very rushed, I felt I had little opportunity to ask questions and she made me feel very unimportant. I hesitate to make this judgement, but I do agree with the previous poster that she may be more inclined to spend time with and help her patients who are paying in cash. I was also dissapointed with the person I spoke with regarding the insurance issues. She was nice enough, but she made me feel like she had something much more important to do than answer my questions. Overall, I feel Dr. Lawrence is probably an extremely skilled surgeon, but sadly I just did not experience the wonderful bedside manner I had heard so much about. She made me feel like a number. "
"He is a wonderful and kind man, just as everyone has posted. At my consultation he made me feel as if I was his focus and seemed in no rush, even though there were several other people there for a consult. His credentials are superb and his manner is what every doctor should aspire to. I found his office manager, Karen, to be competent but a wee bit gruff."
