Mary - I wish you the best on your surgery. I had my surgery a little over 60 days ago and I have lost 50lbs! I found that am surprised that this surgery is both easier and harder than I had anticipated. Some days a good, some a tough, but the good DEFINITELY outweigh the bad! This site has been soooo helpful to me and the Q&A section is a wonderful resource. Have faith in God and your surgeon and keep us posted on your progress! Email me if you have any questions that I can help you with. Oh, and definitely try to get a private room, that was the best thing that I did!
