Patricia, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine four months ago, and I have never had a single regret. Fortunately, the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.

Best of luck on your upcoming surgery. My best advice to you is to get up and move around as soon as you can after surgery. Your recovery will be much quicker. Take care,
