Howdy everyone. I was in Florida on vacation and didn't have a connection to the internet so I couldn't keep in touch. I'm back in Minnesota, eating real food and everything seems to be going well. What foods make me feel good and which foods don't are still an experiment, but since my surgery date of 02/14 I've lost 40 pounds so I can't complain. Since I'm home now, I know I have to establish an exercise routine. That was never one of my strong points! But change is good! Hope everyone is doing well. N.

I'm home from the hospital, but still pretty tired and trying to lay low. I haven't been successful at that so far because I have a staph infection at my IV site, so had to return to doc's office for antibiotics. Other than a few minor problems, I'm feeling pretty well. I'll post more later. Thanks for the good wishes! Nora
