"Totally positive first impression. I was able to make an appointment right away. I decided to wait a month so the timing was right (consultation and seminar on the same day). I received a packet in the mail that the office asked me to review and fill out before the appointment. I included a letter with a diet history. So now I play the waiting game and let the office staff do what they do best. I was approved in 2 weeks. The staff did a great job with the paperwork and forms. *** Post Op
