"I had heard losts of wonderful things about Dr.Otteman. He is a very kind and understanding man. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. I attended one of the support groups that he offers and was extremely impressed to see not only his nurse but also him there. I feel that says a lot for him and his care. 10/2/99 I guess this man is true to his word. He said that he gets most of his patients approved and he did. I received my letter of approval 7 days after they submitted. Praise to him and his office. "
