Hello All, My oh my I cant belive that two years is here! What a ride it has been, my weight is now 197lbs! Yes Iam underweight for the first time in my life. My world has changed so much! Every once in a while I get out an old pair of pants just to look, I quickly put them back. Just today I was riding with a co-worker doing a bit of shopping and we were talking about how I used to be, working in a long term care setting getting around the building was tough. I uused a whelled table to lean on because my legs had ulcers and the pain of just walking was almost to much. No more. I do everything with little effort. My life has truly changed forever. My two yers has not been without some problems, in July I started to have galbladder problems and had to have it removed. I moved from the or table to the stretch right across my bed and walked. Once it was out I had no more problems. I would encourage everyone to speak to their Doctor when having the By-pass about removing it. Do to my once very heavy self I continue to have back problems and have 6 buldging disks. One of them has slipped and I have lost the use of my left arm. With therapy I pray the full use of it will come back. I know it will. My life has changed forever and I know yours will too. Feel free to contact me at [email protected]

To dream anything that you want to dream, that is the beauty of the human mind. To do anything that you want to do, that is the strength of the human will. To trust yourself, to test your limits, that is the courage to succeed. Bernard Edmonds
