"The overall experience was good. Arrived at 4:30am. Receptionist was a little cranky - but it was 4:30! Pre op people were very comforting and accomodating. Only an anesthesologist made an inappropriate comment about my large size.
Most of the other staff members I came in contact with were pleasant. Some were better nurses than others. After being discharged we waited for a wheelchair for over an hour. We laughed because the surgery only took 55 minutes."
