Jenny, your not a dummy!!, and I will tell you just like the previous poster did, it is caffiene withdrawal headaches, and they should subside in a few days. Chin up Jenny, your doing the right thing, and you gotta start taking care of yourself mentally as well as the physical part that's about to change.. You'll be fine!

HEY JENNY, THE HEADACHES ARE NORMAL. YOU ARE GOING THROUGH WITHDRAWLS. IF YOU CAN, PUT UP WITH THEM FOR A WHILE AND THEY WILL GO AWAY. ANOTHER THING YOU MIGHT WANT TO DO, IS CUT DOWN AND THEN QUITE. LOL HEIDI

Hi Jenny - Just wanted to let you know those headaches are very very normal for any one giving up caffeine - its called WITHDRAWAL, and I get it every time I go a day without coffee (for whatever reason). I know when I go in for surgery, I will be dealing with those headaches since you can't have anything by mouth. Oh well, I guess that will be the least of my worries. Take care, dont worry, the headaches only last about 3 days. :)
