Claudine, I have those same jitters, I am 16 days from surgery. I wish and pray for succesful surgery and a speedy recovery for both of us. ~lisa~

Claudine, I remember feeling the same jitters about 6 weeks ago. I am 5 weeks and 5 days post op now and down 36.5#'s. The immediate post op period is difficult, pain, no energy and the bother of having to put something into your new tummy. But hang in there. I had a rough time and only really felt well last week. Remember, "If God leads you to it, He will get you through it". Be at peace going into the operating room and do all you need to do to get well post op and soon you too will be feeling well. Claudine WOW!your day is almost here! I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer...... I can still remember them and I am here to tell you they are NORMAL.... so hang in there soon you will be on the losing side enjoying the positives of WLS.
