"I was 3 days from surgery and he refused to give me medical clearance based on my lab and EKG work up that was done 2 weeks prior. I was so very upset and the only way I could have the surgery done was to see specialists...of course my appointments are a month and a half away! VERY INCONSIDERATE OF MY DESIRES TO HAVE THE WLS."
