"I was extremely impressed with Dr. Mikami and his office staff. I've always felt embarassed when I go to a physician's office because of my weight. I actually didn't think about it once while at this office. They are all very respectful and very customer service oriented. Dr. Mikami took plenty of time to explain the pros and cons of the surgery, drew pictures, and allowed me to ask as many questions as possible. The OSU program is very structured and I've received a lot of education about after surgery diet and recovery. Dr. Mikami made me feel very relaxed around him and even cracked some jokes. I laugh a lot so I loved that he jokes. I would certainly recommend him."
