"Although I have not had my surgery yet, I like Dr. Appel very much. He answers all of my questions. The only thing I can tell you is that his office staff is VERY, VERY fustrating to work with. It seems as though no one knows what is going on and that is kind of scarey. I was in there when a new patient needed some information and they had a problem giving that to her. She left in tears and I heard her say this is a scarey place to be...................but after all that I do like Dr. Appel and I think he will be fine after all HE is doing my surgery and not his office staff."
