Dr Zahn is awesome! I have absolutely no complaints and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone choosing a surgeon.
Nicole and Samantha totally rock!! They both went above and beyond to answer any question and help with any concerns.
I saw Dr Zahn for the first time at the seminar. He seemed very knowledgable but also friendly and kind of funny. I liked the fact that he seemed proud of the post-op patient who spoke at the seminar and gave her a hug. =o)
I had my first appointment with him on 10-4. He did a fairly thorough physical exam and pointed out that Nicole was the person I needed to bribe for a surgery date! LOL
The office staff is very friendly but definitely want to do things their own way. My plan was to submit everything to my insurance but not wait to be denied and self pay. I have Wal-Mart BCBS and I haven't heard of anyone being approved but Nicole insists that there are patients who have and that I should wait and see if they approve me and appeal if they don't. She really didn't want me to spend $20,000 if it could be avoided! =o) So I'm waiting but I do have a tentative surgery date of December 5th."
