Thank you all for your prayers, I went in on thursday for my surgery at Cleveland Clinic in Weston Florida. My surgery was scheduled for 11:05 am but due to an emergency case of a young child with a puntured spleen I was moved back, Dr Rosenthal personally came out and checked on me in the waiting room several times before they called me back. I was taken to surgery at 4pm and was out at 5:20pm. Everything went great. Dr. Rosenthal is the best! All the nurses in ICU were fantastic they took such good care of me. I was released on Sunday morning at 11am and came home. The first night went well, I have had minimal pain and was able to get a shake in me and some jello as well as water. This morning I feel great again not much pain or discomfort. I am looking forward to this new journey!!!!

~~~~CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING SURGERY. ~~~~ May God give you courage, strength and guidance throughout your new journey. Your big day is almost here, this is the day, your new life will begin, I cant promise it will be easy, cant say it will be hard, I can say that with all the complications and everything I had to go through, It was well worth it. I have never felt better in yearsss, I’m off all medications, have sooooo much more energy. So if you hit a bump in the road, hang in there and remember it will alll be worth it in the long run. Prayers that the Lord will guide your surgeon’s hands and you have a speedy recovery. . Remember your not alone in this journey, many of us have been down this road, we are here to offer love and support. Looking forward to hearing from you on the loosing side. Huggs and Prayers

Good Luck on your WL journey. I believe you have picked an outstanding surgeon! He will be doing my surgery on 8/11/04. I really have a lot of faith in him and his staff. I know I'm in good hands and you will be too.! Be sure to let us know when you get approval! Take Care! Alonda
