"Dr. Bonanni is a sweet, non-judgemental, caring person. His office staff is the same. Dr. Bonanni puts you through just about every test there is with blood work, Cardiologists, Lung Specialists, etc. But it's good he does, first of all he knows what the insurance companies look for for approval, second he wants to be sure you are 100% safe for surgery. So far I have all good to say about him. UPDATE--I am now post-op and I have to say Dr. Bonanni is just the greatest. He has the bedside manner of a saint. He was there at the hospital at least twice a day to see me. I was discharged on a Friday, and he called me on Sunday Night!!! to see how I was doing. What a wonderful human being."
"The nurse shortage definetly showed on my stay. The only time I got any attention was from the student nurses who at no fault of theirs, have no knowledge with this procedure. Thank God my husband took vacation time and spent about 10 hours a day there to make sure I had what I needed."
