Karen~Today is my five month anniversary and I am down 73 pounds and 6 sizes- I wish you all the success and health that this surgery can provide- I will keep you in my thoughts this day and pray that God keeps you in his protection…Congratulations!!

I just want to say thank you to all of you guys who have wished me well. For all of those that have supported me by email with answers to all of the million questions I've asked, I'd like to say I don't think I could have gotten this far without your help. Lydia, you've been my biggest source of information and, at times, entertainment. And Beth, thank you so much for all the advice you gave me at the beginning of my journey, I miss you and hope you make it back to Florida some time so I can see you again. I'd also like to thank the folks at obesityhelp for providing such a wonderful forum for us, without this site I wouldn't have had the inspiration and determination I feel I've gained from reading of others experiences and seeing their before and after photos. Thank you all.

Karen, Good Luck with your surgery! I know you're nervous...don't be! You'll be fine! Just keep on remembering why you're doing this in the first place. Plus, you're in good hands and you've got a great support group in place. See less of ya at the next meeting! Good Luck~

Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.
