Dear Mary~~~CONGRATULATIONS!! on your upcoming WLS; it is a life altering, life affirming event and I wish you the very best of it. May God watch over you and inspire your surgeon to do great things for you. I pray that you have an uneventful procedure and a swift recovery. By the way, I used my old coping mechanism all those days before surgery--I ate. Maybe not the best advice. I ate and I focused most of my energy inward. All the best.
