Hi Monette :) I just read your message in the message boards, and have a suggestion. HMR or Health Management Resources makes a very tasty meal replacement/shake. Specifically, their HMR-70 Plus Chocolate is extremely good. I was on this shake for 10 months in previous diet attempts (in which I lost LOTS of weight) and while taking them, never found the urge to eat chocolate, ice cream or other sweets. The HMR-70 shake makes an INCREDIBLE hot cocoa (at only 104 calories, 14 grams of protein, 12 or 13 grams of carbs and 0.5 grams of fat) - blend it with hot tap-water-temperature water, a pretty tasty pudding (use only about 2 oz of water with the powder), or my favorite - a chocolate shake made thick to taste just like a bonofide chocolate icecream shake. Here's how you make the shake - About 8 Diet Chocolate Canfield Soda ice cubes, about 4 oz water, one HMR-70 Plus Chocolate Packet, and a VERY tiny splash of vanilla extract. Blend all together using the ice crush feature on your blender. This is SOOOOO good, yet still EXTREMELY healthy! Wishing you luck! BTW, you are SOOOOO pretty!

My very best wishes to you for a safe and successful surgery and recovery. May all of your sweetest dreams come true. My husband and I both had open rny's in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 325 lbs!! YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!
