Congratulations, Karen! What a feat you've accomplished already! WOW!! Its so hard to make oneself exercise, but it sounds like the no carb/no sugar and the exercise is what is working for you. Maybe some more protien shakes/liquid diet stuff like you did with your husband again to jumpstart you for a week back into losing mode? I'm not there yet, but I saw that you had success with this earlier in the year.
You're so kind to take time out to post to me. I have a question, though - how do you find out about new people? what prompted all of you to know that I joined and where did you see me at? I've looked all around and can't figure out quite how to use this site yet. Any help would be appreciated.
