"I actually have Zone Perfect protein powder. It is flavorless, but does add a bit of a brown color to things. I mix it with another protein shake, with my creamed soups, cream of wheat and with Carnation I B. One scoop is 7g of protein. Not too bad when every gram can be a struggle!!!"
