"My first impression of Dr. Babineau was his professionalism and knowledge about the different procedures. Then I looked down and saw his cowboy boots with his scrubs and I really liked his realness about himself. He is a very caring doctor. He will visit you every day at the hospital. He really impressed me when I had a test done and he was there on a Saturday to make sure it went well.
Freda his nurse and Amy the receptionist are very freindly and will always answer your questions without making you feel like you interupted there day. This is why I drove two hours from Dallas. When I called Amy she was very pleasant and was able to get me in for a consultation alot sooner than the doctors in Dallas. The majority of the clinics I called in Dallas did not have the personality that Amy had. This meant alot for me. Freda was great with my insurance getting them to approve the surgery. When she called to let me know it was approve my surgery was booked very soon afterwards.
In my recovery time Freda or the doctor was always there to answer all of my questions. I can't say enough about the doctor and his staff. The other thing I like about Dr. Babineau is he explains the surgery in lamen terms and also explains why he only does the RNY procedure. This procedure in his opinion is the most successful with few risk and with great success. I lost 30lbs the first month after surgery!"
