hey there ... on your post on band surgery I had Vertical Banded Gastroplasty 12yrs ago and within a year lost my weight.. within 3 yrs I started gaining it back and kept on .. I finally succeeded in gaining it all back this year.. OH something to be proud of *not*... Im going for the RnY procedure myself. I know you can eat around some of those banded surgeries and the newest is just that..too new to have long term results yet. Good luck in what ever choice you make.
