"I really liked Dr. Charles and I would refer him to other people. He was very nice in his office and at the hopital he did not have much to say. He was not very friendly. He does not have much of an aftercare program. If you go to Dr. Charles I would really try and go to the support group meetings in the area to talk about aftercare. Then i would also get online and do some research for what to expect after the surgery. Overall I really liked him."
