My 1 year anniversary was yesterday. I can't believe it's been a year. I am down 125 lbs and look and feel great. I look at my before picture and can't believe that was me. My energy level has increased 200 % and now I can never sit and just stay in the house and do nothing. I am going to try to put my before and after pictures in. I have to go to my mom's, she has the scanner and digital camera.

Hi Karen I too am a patient ot Dr Aranow's. Don't you love him???? I have a question for you.... did he put you on stage 3 for 3 months or was it stage 5??? He put me on 3 when I left the hospital and then 2 weeks later he moved me to stage 4 (mushy) and then last week (4 weeks out) he put me on stage 5 for three months. Anyway, good luck! Margi

Saw Dr Aranow yesterday,He moved me to stage three already. I have had no problems or complications. I have tolerated everything I have taken. I am feeling really good. I lost 22lbs in three weeks. Started eating last night, I ate very little and slow and did fine. I don't have to see Dr Aranow again for three months.
